Erwin Gardenier

Erwin Gardenier is an experienced professional in the fields of employment support and integration, currently serving as Klantmanager Werk voor nieuwkomers en statushouders at Gemeente Nijkerk since September 2023. Gardenier is also the owner of Het Alternatief, a coaching and guidance organization, since October 2018. Previously, extensive experience was gained at Weener XL werk & inkomen 's-Hertogenbosch as a Werkconsulent and project leader for various projects aimed at assisting newcomers and young people. Prior roles include positions at WorkFast B.V. as a regional manager and trainer, as well as work as a reintegration consultant and advisor at other organizations. Gardenier holds a degree from Utrecht University and completed secondary education at GSG Helinium.
