Jasmine Babaee

Jasmine Babaee is a seasoned legal advisor with extensive experience in private law. Currently serving as a Juridisch adviseur privaatrecht at Gemeente Nijkerk since April 2021, Jasmine provides legal counsel to the executive bodies of the municipalities of Bunschoten, Leusden, Nijkerk, and Putten. Prior to this role, Jasmine worked at USG Legal NL in various capacities, including as a Jurist and Procesjurist, focusing on legal advice, client correspondence, negotiation, and litigation across multiple areas of private law. Additionally, experience includes providing first-line legal advice at ARAG, handling objections for Gemeente Utrecht, and participating in settlement negotiations at Dexia. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Private Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and further studies at Nyenrode Business University.
