Currently serving as the Waarnemend wethouder for Gemeente Nijkerk since September 2019, Marianne Klein is involved in various areas including economic development, tourism, and cultural heritage. As the owner of Klein & Partners since June 2023, a bureau focused on economic affairs, Marianne Klein utilizes strong analytical skills to enhance the leisure economy. Previous roles include ownership of Bosscher & Klein, where efforts were directed toward strengthening regional tourism, and significant leadership positions at Rotterdam Marketing and Rotterdam Congres Bureau that contributed to substantial increases in city visitors.
