Fleur Aarts

Fleur Aarts currently serves as a Beleidsmedewerker Arbeidsparticipatie en Bestaanszekerheid at Gemeente Oisterwijk, providing support to the policy advisor for labor and participation while maintaining updated policy regulations and staying informed about the Participatiewet. Previously, Fleur worked at Efteling as a horeca gastvrouw and completed an internship at Het PON & Telos, focusing on cultural and social projects. As Integration Manager for ESN Tilburg, Fleur managed the Buddy and Mentor program for international students, involving significant organizational responsibilities. Fleur began their career in the student pool at Tilburg University, presenting on various studies to high school students across the Netherlands. Fleur holds a Premaster and Extended Master in Sociology from Tilburg University, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and a diploma from Willibrord Gymnasium.
