Foppe Visser

Foppe Visser has extensive experience in project management and civil engineering, currently serving as Project Leader in the Department of People and Environment at Gemeente Ooststellingwerf since September 2005. Prior to this role, Foppe Visser worked at Grontmij as a Work Preparer from 1994 to 2005, and as a Civil Technical Design Engineer at IHN Production between 1993 and 1994. Earlier in the career, Foppe Visser held the position of Work Preparer at Inpark from 1990 to 1993 and worked as a Drafter at Wzho from 1988 to 1989. Educational qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Road and Hydraulic Engineering from NHL Hogeschool, completed from 1984 to 1988, and secondary education at RSG Heerenveen from 1974 to 1982.
