Mark Kooijman

Mark Kooijman is an experienced professional in energy transition and sustainability, currently serving as a Beleidsadviseur Energietransitie at both Gemeente Rheden and YER since October 2023. Prior roles include Team Leader for Integral Sustainability at INNAX from January 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities involved addressing integral energy challenges and developing energy policies and concepts. Mark has also held positions as a Sustainability Advisor for the built environment at Gemeente Breda, and owner of Dybron, a digital knowledge center for the construction industry. Previous experience includes project management roles at Kingspan and Kingspan TEK Nederland, focusing on sustainable building products and solutions. Mark's educational background includes a Passive House Tradesperson certification and a degree in Project Management, complemented by a technical education in construction.
