Niels Verduijn

Niels Verduijn is a seasoned professional in sustainable mobility and project management, currently serving as a Bestuurlijk beleidsadviseur duurzame mobiliteit at Gemeente Ridderkerk and a Projectleider duurzame mobiliteit at Gemeente Albrandswaard since January 2024. Niels also holds the position of Projectleider werkgeversaanpak A44 at Zuid-Holland Bereikbaar since September 2023 and co-owns VCCR while acting as a senior adviser. Previous experiences include various roles in mobility and parking policy at Gemeente Schiedam and leading sustainable mobility projects at BAR-organisatie. Niels has a strong background in human resources and knowledge management from roles at Centric and Shell, contributing to comprehensive human resource projects and content improvement. Niels holds multiple academic degrees, including an MSc in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Master Class in Mobility Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
