Johan Wiersma

Johan Wiersma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles. Currently engaged as a Dialoog Coach at ICB Canadese begraafplaats since August 2020, Johan volunteers to facilitate dialogues. As a member of the Adviesraad Sociaal Domein for Gemeente Rijssen-Holten since February 2019, Johan provides strategic advice. Following a 41-year tenure at CRV, culminating in a leadership role as Hoofd KI, overseeing large teams of inseminators and fertility specialists, Johan transitioned to retirement in May 2019 after a company reorganization. Johan holds an MBA in Business Administration from IM&B and has pursued various educational opportunities in leadership, including Deep Democracy training, and has attended Jan Heidema Groningen and Schoevers College.
