Özgür Dogan

Özgür Dogan has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Özgür began their career at Unilever in 2001, working as a Supply Chain Business Analyst (SAP) for five years before transitioning to the role of Implementatieconsultant SAP from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Gemeente Rotterdam as a Functioneel Beheerder Concernsystemen (Oracle) and later became a Projectleider Concernsystemen (Oracle) from 2016 to 2017. Özgür then served as a Strategisch Quality Assurance Adviseur from 2018 to 2020 before being promoted to Chief Information Security Officer in September 2020, a position they currently hold.

Özgür Dogan attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2020 to 2022, studying IT Auditing & Advisory. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Logistics from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam (HES) from 1997 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Özgür Dogan has obtained the CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor®) certification from ISACA in 2023 and the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM®) certification in 2022. Özgür also holds PRINCE2 certifications from Ruysdael in 2008 and TMAP certification from iTSM Group.
