Rachana Lalji

Rachana Lalji has a diverse background in education, recruitment, and customer service. Currently serving as Coördinator for Stichting IMC Weekendschool in Rotterdam since November 2022, Rachana focuses on providing motivational education for youth. Previous experience includes working as a Recruitment Business Consultant and Career Coach at Intrameo, where recruitment services were offered across various industries, and as a Product Specialist at Coolblue, a prominent e-commerce company. Rachana also completed an internship in education at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and served as a Congress Coordinator intern at Management Producties.
