Simone Gillet

Simone Gillet has extensive experience in the fields of reintegration consultancy and absence management. Currently serving as the Coordinator for the team managing absenteeism at Gemeente Rotterdam since December 2017, Simone also held the interim position of reintegration advisor. As a co-owner and consultant at De Verzuimexperts since July 2013, Simone focuses on complex absenteeism cases, addressing issues such as recovery stagnation and conflicts between employers and employees. Additional roles include care manager at Care Group, casemanager at Laurens, and various consultancy positions in absentism management at Arbo Active and Ro-Ad Arbodienstverlening. With a foundation in business from KBC Bank Nederland and early career experience in recruitment, Simone possesses a solid educational background with an HBO degree in social physics.
