Ad Slooter

Ad Slooter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social policy and crisis management within the public sector. Since January 2010, Ad has served as Teamleider Crisisorganisatie Opvang en Bijzondere Uitvaart at Gemeente Schiedam, where responsibilities include training and overseeing team members. Ad's expertise encompasses a variety of roles such as beleidsadviseur and projectleider for WMO and the development of community-oriented programs, including the Gezonde Wijkaanpak and Zichtbare Schakel initiatives. Prior experience includes positions at Thuiszorg Rotterdam and managing roles at Vlietland Ziekenhuis, along with consulting work at Iroko. Ad holds a degree in A & O psychology from Open Universiteit and has furthered professional development through coaching programs.
