Karel van Bochove

Karel Van Bochove is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in municipal HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Gemeente Soest since April 2023, Karel also holds the position of Senior P&O adviseur at Gemeente Utrecht since January 2022. Previous positions include HRO-adviseur and various P&O adviseur roles at Gemeente Rotterdam from 2009 to 2021, along with managerial experience in planning and personnel at Randstad Holding from 2005 to 2008. Karel holds a degree from Wageningen University & Research and additional education from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
