Willem Weeterings

Willem Weeterings has extensive experience in public sector management and consultancy. Currently serving as a member of the Supervisory Board at Instituut voor Maatschappelijk Welzijn Breda since February 2023, Willem has held the position of municipal secretary/general director at Gemeente Valkenswaard since 2010, and previously served in various leadership roles within the same municipality. Willem also contributes to the executive board of Samenwerking A2-gemeenten and ran Weeterings Management Consulting from 2008 to 2019, focusing on organizational and operational issues in government and public sectors. Prior experience includes senior management consulting roles and leadership in municipal welfare departments, supported by an MBA from Keele University and a degree in Economics from Tilburg University.
