Charlotte van der Hulst

Charlotte van der Hulst currently serves as a strategic policy advisor for green spaces and healthy living environments at Gemeente Veenendaal since February 2024. With extensive experience in the field, Charlotte has held various advisory roles, including with Buitengewoon adviseurs beheer publieke ruimte, where responsibilities include advising on green physical environments and climate adaptation. Previous positions include project leadership and advising roles at Gemeente Soest, Provincie Drenthe, and Gemeente Eemsdelta, alongside consultancy work at Cyber and DHV. Charlotte's educational foundation includes degrees in landscape architecture and management from IAHL Larenstein and WU Wageningen, complemented by recent specialized training in green spaces and climate adaptation.
