Tom Benders

Tom Benders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project leadership, consultancy, and marketing. Currently serving as Projectleider Informatievoorziening at Gemeente Venray since November 2021, Tom manages internal changes related to information provision for the municipalities of Venray and Horst aan de Maas. Concurrently, as Consultant and Owner at Valia Consultancy, Tom oversees various projects involving technology management, process automation, and business intelligence. Previous roles include key positions at Decom Technology People, where Tom coordinated projects in ERP/CRM systems and marketing communications. Tom has a Bachelor of Commerce in Small Business & Retail Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences and has been involved in several music and promotional ventures throughout a diverse career.
