Willem Harkink

Willem Harkink is an experienced Senior Planeconoom with a robust background in public administration and urban planning, currently serving at Gemeente Noordenveld, Gemeente Súdwest-Fryslân, and Gemeente Borne since 2023 and 2021, respectively. Previous roles include providing financial analyses for the restructuring of the Groningen train station area and managing various planning-economic tasks at multiple municipalities, including Gemeente Hengelo, Oss, Leidschendam-Voorburg, Delfzijl, and Vlaardingen.
