Dick Stoffer

Dick Stoffer is a seasoned legal advisor with extensive experience in public administration and law. Currently serving as a Senior Juridisch Adviseur at Bedrijfsvoeringsorganisatie West-Betuwe since May 2017, Stoffer provides legal advice on administrative and civil law matters to the municipalities of Culemborg and Tiel. Additionally, Stoffer has been a member of the Intergemeentelijke bezwarencommissie for Woudenberg, Scherpenzeel, and Renswoude since April 2008, advising on decisions regarding submitted objections. Prior to these roles, Stoffer held the position of Senior Juridisch Adviseur at Gemeente Tiel for nearly 14 years and has a solid background in various legal and social work roles across multiple municipalities, starting with a position as Bijstandsconsulent at Gemeente Oegstgeest in 1988. Stoffer holds a master's degree in staats- en bestuursrecht from Leiden University and a bachelor's degree in maatschappelijk werk from Windesheim, complemented by further education from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
