Karima Bouchtaoui

Karima Bouchtaoui currently serves as Wethouder (Alderman) and 1e Loco-burgemeester (Vice Mayor) of Zaltbommel, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Karima Bouchtaoui was a member of the Provinciale Staten for the Provincie Zuid-Holland from March 2019 to June 2022 and held various roles within Gemeente Rotterdam from May 2005 to June 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a member of the general board at Hoogheemraadschap van Schieland en de Krimpenerwaard from March 2015 to March 2019. Karima Bouchtaoui holds a Master of Science in Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and has further educational background from Nyenrode Business University.
