Beau Terhaar

Beau Terhaar is Area Vice President of Investments for the Denver and Seattle markets. He is responsible for all phases of development including sourcing, project implementation and coordination. Prior to joining Gables Residential Beau held positions with Crescent Communities and UDR overseeing development activity in California, Washington and Arizona. Mr. Terhaar graduated from the University of Denver Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management with a focus in Real Estate and Finance.
