Jana Jevtic

Jana Jevtic, PhD, is a Strategy Lead at Gemic since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in strategic roles within the organization. Prior to this, Jana served as an Assistant Professor at the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology from September 2015 to April 2021, focusing on subjects such as political consumerism, diaspora and transnationalism, and religious subjectivity. Jana has also held visiting scholar positions at the University of California, Berkeley, and Central European University, conducting research on pro-Palestinian activism and public responses to non-state movements post-Arab Spring, respectively. Jana's academic credentials include a PhD in Sociology and Anthropology and an MA in Political Science from Central European University, as well as a BA in Political Science and Human Geography from King's College London.
