Ravichandran. K ITIL EXIN certified, started his career in 1991 in the electronic Industry and later moved into the computer peripheral industry. He moved into Gemini’s fold in 1995. He currently holds the position of Chief Service Officer (CSO). He is currently establishing Service delivery practices, and project implementation practices in the areas of IT Infrastructure management, LAN, WAN, Security, and Services domains. He is spearheading and establishing support & project operations services across India.
