Brady Schlesener

Brady Schlesener has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Brady currently serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Gemini Group, a prominent company offering engineered plastic products and tooling solutions. In this role, Brady is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive profitable growth for the organization. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Gemini Group Sales and Marketing. Earlier in their career, Brady was the Director of Sales in the Plastics Segment, where they played a crucial role in generating significant top-line sales growth and diversifying the customer base. Brady also demonstrated their expertise in team building and talent acquisition, as well as their negotiation skills in various commercial aspects. Additionally, Brady has contributed as a member of the MTM Board Marketing Committee at Manufacturing Technology Mutual Insurance Company. Brady started their career at Ralco Industries and ProWelding, Inc., holding roles such as Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Marketing Manager, and Sales Engineer.

Brady Schlesener completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a focus on Finance & Marketing at Cedarville University from 1997 to 2001. Brady pursued further education at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business from 2011 to 2013.
