Steve Watson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Group General Manager at Gemini Personnel since February 2024, Steve has led initiatives in providing comprehensive human capital solutions across Asia. Previous roles include Senior Recruitment Advisor at Link Alliance, Talent Acquisition Manager at Transit Talent Solutions for the Riyadh Metro Project, and Head of Talent Acquisition for Arcadis in the Middle East. With a strong background that encompasses management positions at KEO International Consultants, Talent2, and Chandler Macleod Group, as well as early experience in retail management at EB Games, Steve brings a wealth of expertise to the recruitment field. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Auckland.
