Nimit Mehta

Nimit Mehta is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Head of India/ME - M&A and Operations at Mutares SE & Co. KGaA. Nimit has held various leadership roles in companies such as Gemini Rail Services, ADComms, and SFC Solutions as a Chief Restructuring Officer and Board Member. Prior to this, Nimit has worked at EY, ALIXPARTNERS UK LLP, and MergerWare in senior roles related to turnaround, restructuring, and strategy. Nimit holds an MBA from INSEAD, a ME in Systems Engineering from Penn State University, and a BE in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
