Clay Young

Clay Young has a strong background in commercial real estate operations and engineering. Clay began their career as the Chief Engineer at Crescent Real Estate in 2004 before moving on to Cassidy Turley as the Chief Operating Engineer in 2012. At Cassidy Turley, they were responsible for managing building engineers, monitoring utility usage, and overseeing service and construction contracts. In 2013, they joined Rosemont Realty LLC as the Senior Director of Engineering and Construction, where they reduced operating expenses and improved communication between property management and customers. Since 2015, Clay has been with Gemini Rosemont Commercial Real Estate, first as the Vice President Operations and currently as the Senior Vice President Operations. In these roles, they have overseen daily operations and capital projects for large portfolios of commercial office properties, valued in the billions of dollars. Clay has directed property teams and third-party partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Clay Young has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, starting in 2004 and expected to continue until 2023. Clay has obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration Equivalency degree, although the specific field of study is unknown. In addition, Clay Young has earned multiple certifications, including a Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) certification from BOMI International in March 2006, and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification from the same institution in March 2005.
