Mohini Sharma is an accomplished Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in IT service management and operations. Currently serving as an IT Tech Lead L2 at Gemini Solutions Pvt Ltd since May 2020, Mohini has contributed to the development of ServiceNow solutions for clients such as PIMCO. Prior to this role, Mohini was with Wipro Limited from June 2017 to April 2020, where responsibilities included serving as IT Tech Lead L1 and specializing as a ServiceNow Developer for ITSM and IT Operations Management modules, as well as acting as Track Lead for the Cisco Enterprise Service Platform.
