Rena Lacy Meisel, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of People Operations at Gemini, where responsibilities include transforming the People Operations team and enhancing operational efficiencies. Previously, Rena held roles at Twilio Inc. as a Senior Project Manager in the People Team, and at Arrow Electronics as the Global HR Knowledge Program Manager, overseeing a knowledge management initiative across 55 countries. Additional experience includes project and operations management at Support One, Inc. and an Assistant Manager position at Wells Fargo. Rena holds an MBA from the University of Denver and dual bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
