Javier Echave Garcia

Javier Echave Garcia is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and lean manufacturing, currently serving as Plant Manager at Gemini, Inc. since December 2022, overseeing operations at the Mesquite, TX site. Previously, Javier held roles such as Lean Manufacturing Manager at GARAGA MidAmerica Facility, where significant improvements were made to production processes, and Operations Manager at EagleBurgmann, focused on the Power industry. Javier has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector as a former Plant Manager for the Mechanical Seals division at EagleBurgmann and has managed various other manufacturing and service operations across multiple industries, including automotive and advertising. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica del Centro.
