Rhonda R. is an experienced Human Resources professional with over two decades of expertise in various HR leadership roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner Manager at Gemini, Inc. since 2020, Rhonda previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner Manager at Wilsonart from 1997 to 2019, where responsibilities included creating business alliances and aligning human capital with business strategy.
