Anthony Howcroft

Anthony Howcroft is an Exec Chairman and founder at SWARM Engineering, where they lead efforts to innovate problem-solving through a Software-as-a-Service platform focused on operational challenges in the agri-food supply chain. With extensive experience in sales and marketing, they served as UK Sales Director at Intalio and VP Sales at DATAllegro, among other leadership roles. Anthony also founded InkTears Ltd, an independent publisher that promotes short fiction, and has held significant positions at Frost Data Capital and Snow Data Capital. They have a Diploma in Creative Writing from the University of Oxford and are currently enhancing their skills in creative writing.
