Brian Chemel

Brian Chemel is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Head of Software at Geminus and Owner of Epsilon Development since March 2023, Brian specializes in advancing engineering and product development for early-stage startups. Prior roles include Head of Engineering at Verve Motion, where Brian successfully transitioned a soft robotic exosuit from prototype to production, and CTO at Till Financial, where Brian led the development of innovative banking solutions and backend systems. As Founder and CTO of Digital Lumens, Brian played a pivotal role in the company's growth to over $50 million in annual revenue before its acquisition by OSRAM. Brian's extensive career also includes significant positions at Color Kinetics and the National Robotics Engineering Consortium, complemented by advanced degrees in Robotics and Mathematics/Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
