Salvatore Masciello

Salvatore Masciello is a Design Engineer II at Gemlux Fishing, a position held since March 2022. Prior to this role, Salvatore served as a Research and Development Engineer at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies from January 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included setting up manufacturing and test equipment for prototype construction and product development. Additionally, Salvatore worked as a Teaching Assistant in the Design and Manufacture Lab at the University of Florida from April 2015 to December 2017, leading fellow engineering students in designing and manufacturing a robot while teaching traditional manufacturing techniques. Salvatore's early experience includes a Lead Technician Intern position at EPIC Response, managing teams in building remediation following natural disasters. Salvatore holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Florida, earned in August 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2017.
