Jeffrey Finklestein

Jeffrey Finklestein is currently the Associate Director of Laboratory Operations at GEMMA Biotherapeutics, a position held since May 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Laboratory Manager at Carisma Therapeutics from February 2022 to April 2025, and spanning nearly a decade at the University of Pennsylvania in various roles, including Manager Research Project B, Manager Research Project A, and Research Specialist D. Additional experience includes a role as Research Associate at BioNano Genomics, Graduate Student at the University of Pennsylvania, and Research Technician/Laboratory Manager at The Wistar Institute. Jeffrey Finklestein began their academic journey at Pennsylvania State University, earning a B.S. in Biology with a focus on Genetics, followed by medical education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.
