Gemma Services
Natalie Lebair is a licensed behavior consultant at Gemma Services since August 2020 and has been with The MENTOR Network since September 2009, where roles have included licensed behavior specialist, STAP director, and lead clinician. In this capacity, Natalie provides individual and group therapy to elementary school-aged children in Philadelphia, supervises Bachelor's level staff, and coordinates with educators to deliver services in school settings. Previous experience includes a role as a behavioral health clinician providing school-based therapy and serving as a research assistant at the Annenberg School for Communications. Natalie holds a Master of Science in Education and a Master of Philosophy in Education with a focus on Psychological Services and Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University.

Gemma Services was formed in November 2019 by the merger of two longstanding nonprofits, Silver Springs – Martin Luther School and theVillage. Representing more than 300 years combined of providing vital services to individuals in the Philadelphia region. Today Gemma is guided by the vision of a world where every person knows they matter. Gemma accompanies people of all ages through life’s challenges using individualized, data-informed support. With three locations in the Greater Philadelphia region, Gemma provides community-based and residential mental health programs, foster family care, adoption and permanency services, special education through an Approved Private School for K-12 students (Martin Luther School), and prevention programs. More than 3,000 individuals and families participate in Gemma’s programs each year.
