Thibault Chaussat

Thibault Chaussat is an experienced operations and supply chain professional currently serving as the Head of Operations at Gemmyo since July 2021. Prior to this role, Thibault held the position of Head of Supply Chain & Logistics at LÕU.YETU from September 2020 to July 2021, where responsibilities included demand planning, production planning, and logistics management, successfully surpassing turnover objectives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thibault's experience also includes serving as the Convenience Goods Manager at Carrefour from August 2016 to September 2020, managing sales and operations for a store with an annual turnover of €110M and leading teams of up to 30 employees. Thibault began the career at AXA as an Agency Associate in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business from ICD Business School and various international study experiences.
