Oumaima Hafraoui is an Executive Assistant at Gemography. Prior to this, they worked as a Communications Assistant at UNOPS from October 2020 to April 2021. In this role, they were responsible for coaching and training CSOs on communication techniques, supporting CSOs in planning and preparing their activities, creating and translating content, participating in the organization of regional and national events, and providing relevant information related to CSOs activities to the stakeholders.

Before their work at UNOPS, Hafraoui worked as a CSR at Teleperformance from January 2020 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing customer support, and promoting Teleperformance’s products and services.

Hafraoui began their career as a News Reporter at SNRT (The Moroccan Public Broadcasting Company) from March 2017 to June 2017. In this role, they were responsible for researching and writing news stories, conducting interviews, and filming news segments.

Oumaima Hafraoui is a Moroccan national who has studied Mandarin at the Confucius Institute and holds a BA in Communication from Mohammed V University in Rabat. Oumaima also has a MA in Business/Corporate Communications Quality and Sustainable Development from Mohammed V University in Rabat. In addition, Hafraoui has completed certification programs from Yale University in Communicating Climate Change and Health, LinkedIn in Les fondements de la communication, and Strategic Thinking, and Hanban Confucius Institute in HSK2 - Chinese Language.
