Albie Huyser

Albie Huyser has accumulated extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Principal and CEO at GEMS Education and GEMS Cambridge International School Abu Dhabi since August 2014. In this role, Albie oversees both Primary and Secondary School operations, managing a student body of 3,500, including 30% Emirati students, while fostering community engagement. Prior to this position, Albie was Vice Principal at The Harefield Academy from September 2010 to July 2014, responsible for various aspects of school management including Learning and Teaching, Quality Assurance, Staff Development, and Child Protection.
