Dr. Saima Rana is a highly experienced education leader currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at GEMS Education, where responsibilities include managing operations and strategic direction. Concurrently, Dr. Rana holds the position of Chief Education Ambassador with The Varkey Foundation, advocating for global education initiatives, and serves as Chief Executive Officer/Principal at GEMS World Academy - Dubai, ensuring the delivery of high-quality International Baccalaureate education.
