Hardik Shah

Hardik Shah is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in support services, mergers and acquisitions, and auditing. Currently serving as Vice President of Support Services at GEMS Education since March 2016, Hardik has previously held the position of Senior Manager for Mergers and Acquisitions. From June 2014 to March 2016, Hardik worked as Assistant Manager at Emaar, focusing on performance reporting and financial statement preparation. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young from September 2008 to June 2014, where responsibilities encompassed developing comprehensive audit plans. Hardik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
