Kaera Sirisambhand

Kaera Sirisambhand is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at GEMS Education since June 2022, after holding the title of Recruitment Manager. Prior to this role, Kaera worked at Teaching Personnel from November 2013 to May 2022, progressing through positions including Location Operations Manager, Recruitment Branch Manager, and Recruitment Consultant. Kaera holds a Bachelor's degree in Contemporary Dance with Education from Bath Spa University, completed between 2007 and 2010, and has an A Level qualification from Oldham Sixth Form College, attained from 2005 to 2007.
