Silvana Guglietti

Silvana Guglietti currently serves as the Head of Operations at The Arbor School Dubai since October 2024. Silvana has extensive experience in the education sector, having held various managerial roles at GEMS Education, including Operations and Support Services Manager from April 2018 and Manager of School Operations from October 2012 to January 2017. Prior to GEMS, Silvana was the Administration Manager at British Columbia Canadian School and worked as Services Manager at Repton Dubai School. Silvana's career began in the aviation industry as Services Director Inflight at Emirates Airline, where a lengthy tenure from February 1995 to December 2008 was followed by roles at Costa Cruise and Relais-H.
