Eliran Abady

Eliran Abady has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2006, they served as a Senior Process Improvement Analyst in the Technological Unit of the IDF, where they improved organizational processes and utilized SQL and BI tools. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at RAD Data Communications, first as an R&D Software Engineer and then as a Software Manager and Team Leader in the telecom sector. During this time, they managed a team of software engineers, led the development of a product for telecom service providers, and served as a subject matter expert for industry network communication standards. In 2014, they also worked as a GMAT Instructor at TopPrep, where they taught a quantitative course and oversaw teaching materials and marketing efforts. In 2018, Abady joined Microsoft as a Strategy Consultant while pursuing their MBA. Eliran then interned at CenturyLink as a Corporate Strategy intern, focusing on Ops Strategy and Sales Process. In 2019, they joined Tektronix as a Product Manager and later became a Business Manager, responsible for product management leadership and developing a multi-year product roadmap. Finally, in 2023, they took on the role of Director of Product Management and Strategy at both Gems Sensors and Setra Systems.

Eliran Abady holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they completed from 2017 to 2019. Eliran also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition, they attended the ISH - International Summer Science School in Heidelberg, Germany, in 2005, focusing on Natural Sciences.
