Charles Fraas

Charles Fraas serves as the Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Operations at Gemspring Capital since July 2019, following a tenure as Principal Owner at Allele Advisors from January 2010 to July 2019, where focus was on restructuring and transformational projects. Earlier in the career, Fraas served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting from June 2002 to June 2006, specializing in project delivery for retail, ecommerce, and technology sectors. Fraas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Binghamton University School of Management, earned between January 1989 and January 1993.
