Glenn Stevens

Glenn Stevens is a seasoned professional in talent management and private equity, currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Talent at Gemspring Capital since March 2024. Prior to this role, Glenn held the position of Partner in Talent Management at Apollo Global Management, where significant contributions were made from September 2018 to March 2024. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for ClubCorp and leading talent management at L Catterton, the largest consumer-focused private equity firm in the world. Previous roles encompass directorships and executive positions in various organizations, including Odgers Berndtson and The Gerson Group. Glenn's career began as the Founder of Pantheon International and has evolved through various leadership roles in consulting and management. Glenn earned an AB in Politics from Princeton University and attended Westminster School and Suffern Senior High School.
