Stephen Reynolds

Stephen Reynolds is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in technology investment banking and middle-market M&A, currently serving as a Software Investment Professional at Gemspring Capital since July 2022. Prior roles include Investment Professional at Accel-KKR and Associate at MVP Capital, LLC, where expertise in IT and tech-enabled services was developed. Earlier in the career, analytical skills were honed at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an Oil & Gas Analyst and other positions in marketing and equity research. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Santa Clara University, completed in 2015.
