In addition, Alexia is the General Manager for both Gemtree Wines and Penny's Hill Estate, focusing on strategic leadership and the development of a premier tourist destination. As the owner and winemaker for Larnook Wines, Alexia emphasizes crafting premium, expressive wines. Active involvement in the Australian Women in Wine initiative highlights a commitment to promoting equal opportunities for women in the sector. Alexia's extensive background includes roles as Group Winemaker at Penny’s Hill Wines, Winemaker at Maxwell Wines, and various positions that underscore a strong foundation in winemaking and management, bolstered by a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Oenology) from the University of Adelaide.
