Matthew Fitz-Gerald is an experienced professional in the wine industry, currently serving as the Australian Market Manager at Te Mata Estate Winery and Global Sales Manager at Gemtree Wines since February 2022. Previously, Matthew held the position of Global Sales Manager at CAPEL VALE WINES and Chateau Tanunda, and served as Executive Manager Sales and Business Development at Galvanized Wine Group. With a strong background in sales management, including roles as National Sales Manager for GEMTREE WINES and National Business Development Manager for Winegrowers of Ara, Matthew has developed and implemented successful sales strategies in domestic and international markets. Educational credentials include a Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management with a focus in Marketing from Auckland University of Technology, as well as qualifications from St Patrick's College, Silverstream, New Zealand.
