João Henrique Machado Caetano

João Henrique Machado Caetano has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. João Henrique most recently worked at Gen as the Head of Finance Operations, where they were responsible for ensuring payments and receivables were processed according to internal guidelines. Additionally, they played a strategic role in process modulation and development of new products, as well as maintaining relationships with strategic partners. Prior to that, they served as the Coordinator for Finance & Accounting at Mendes Lôbo Construção, where they oversaw various financial processes such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budget forecasting. João Henrique also held the position of Internal Audit Supervisor for Latin America at Olam, where they controlled the internal audit process across different continents and acted as the Head of Internal Audit in the Latin America region. In their earlier career, João worked as a Senior Internal Auditor at Whirlpool Corporation, conducting audits in the Latin American region and leading audit teams. João Henrique also held positions as an Internal Auditor at Agrex do Brasil S.A. and as an Auditor at EY. Prior to that, they gained experience in expedition and logistics at Votorantim Siderurgia. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Universidade Federal de Goiás, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Administration.

In 2009 and 2010, they also studied at York University, focusing on Administrative Studies.

In 2014, they participated in a Certificate Program in Executive Management at the University of La Verne, specializing in Finance & Accounting.

From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, specializing in Financial Management, Controlling, and Auditing.
