Erin Moffat

Erin Moffat is a seasoned professional in real estate services, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate at Gen II Fund Services since April 2024, and previously held the same position at Crestbridge beginning in November 2013, where involvement in the strategic growth of the Real Estate business is a key responsibility. With extensive experience in real estate administration, Erin advanced through roles at Crestbridge from Senior Manager to Director, and has also provided in-house counsel at TMF Group, focusing on corporate and trust matters. Erin's legal background includes work as a solicitor in the Commercial Property Team at Morrison Kent. Educational qualifications include an LLB and BSc from the University of Otago and advanced certifications from STEP and The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
